Biden congratulates Brussels for being the new capital of the Free World

NRO has a most amazing video clip of Joe Biden - Vice President Biden - speaking in Brussels recently.
In Biden's view, Brussels, not Washington, is the capital of the "Free World!"
Brussels as the capital of the Free World? Economically? Here we are in the middle of a new financial crisis based on the inability of Europe to manage itself, whether from Brussels or any other European city. Militarily? With their soldiers running copiers in Afghanistan? Diplomatically? With Europe having dropped the ball on sanctions against Iran? After all these years, Henry Kissinger's question still stands - "if I want to call Europe, what number do I use?"
Will the prostrations of this Administration never end? This the "termite Administration," devoting itself to eating away at the underpinnings of American greatness.
