West Virginia: New Ad Says Democrat Governor Would Be A Rubber Stamp For Obama In The Senate

From Freedom's Lighthouse:

New Ad Says WV Democrat Governor Would be a “Rubber Stamp” for Obama as U.S. Senator – Video

Here is video of a new ad out of West Virginia that blasts Democrat Gov. Joe Manchin – who is running to fill the U.S. Senate seat vacated by the death of Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd – as a “rubber stamp for Barack Obama.”

The ad points out that Manchin supports ObamaCare, and says he will just be a “rubber stamp” for Obama if he is elected. It closes with GOP U.S. Senate Candidate John Raese saying:

“I’m John Raese, and I approve of this message because I won’t be a Senator that’s a rubber stamp to Barack Obama. I’ll only serve you.”

Wow. Very well done ad. This is the template Republicans should keep using all across the country. Run against Obama. Tie the Democrat to Obama, Pelosi, and Reid’s radical agenda.

Most believed Democrat Gov. Joe Manchin would be a shoe-in to win Byrd’s old seat. He has been a popular Governor. But a recent Rasmussen Poll shows the GOP’s John Raese within striking distance – just six points back. This is the best way for Raese to have a chance to close that gap. Make the election between Raese and Barack Obama.
