GLENN: Oliver Stone, who is now making a documentary on the History of America on Showtime, belittled the Holocaust in an interview in the Sunday Times claiming that America's focus on the Jewish massacre was a product of the Jewish domination of the media. Stone also defended Hitler and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and railed against the powerful lobby of Jews in America. He also says in his documentary the Secret History of America, he seeks to put Hitler and Joseph Stalin in context.

PAT: Yeah. So many people focus on the ugliness involved with genocide and, you know, that's only a part of his life in his words.

STU: Guy built highways.

PAT: Yeah. Like a Bavarian motor company, I think.

GLENN: I don't think that this is

PAT: You know.

GLENN: the part of his letter that is important.

STU: Hitler had that relationship with Ava, he had that relationship.

PAT: It was sweet. They were sweet together.

GLENN: He goes on to say Iran isn't necessarily the good guy, about you we don't know the full story.

STU: Right. We shouldn't assume right off the bat that they are the best country in the world and they have all the freedom and they are the ones that have brought all these great things to the world. We shouldn't assume that right off the bat. We should investigate it and prove it.

GLENN: Right, yes.

PAT: Only Oliver Stone knows the full story.

GLENN: We don't know the full story. I think that what you need to do is look for the nuance in people when they say I'm going to drive all of them Jews into the sea.

STU: Right. Like was he talking about, does he have a hovercraft and was he thinking about maybe bringing it up for a tour of the ocean.

GLENN: Maybe it's like the United Arab Emirates where they are all going out to live on those little islands that are shaped like things.

STU: See? This is context.

GLENN: See, I don't know the full story of well, no, because that wouldn't work because I believe he said they would all die in the Islamic fiery fury.

PAT: But again you are taking that out of context.

GLENN: Stone said the Jewish domination of the media, there's a major lobby in the United States. They're hard workers. They stay on top of every comment. The most powerful lobby in Washington. At least Israel has Fed up the United States foreign policy for years. Oh, it's the Jews' fault.

STU: See, really this is a compliment. He is calling them hard workers. See what he's doing there?

GLENN: He's also going on to say the Internet is fully free in Venezuela. You can't say that you can say, compare that with all the other countries, Mexico, Guatemala, Columbia.

STU: Didn't they just shut down like 150 radio stations?

PAT: Yes, many. And put their owners in jail.

GLENN: That's only because excuse me. That is only because there's too much information out there. It can be confusing.

PAT: Yeah, yeah.

GLENN: And some people are not doing the responsible things and they're putting edited tapes out or they're just it's this YouTube culture where they take things out of context.

STU: IPads and such.

GLENN: And such. ABC's Good Morning America on July 28th, Oliver Stone said that he absolutely believes that Chavez is a good person and claimed there was no pattern of censorship in Venezuela.

PAT: The man's been elected three times.

STU: Yeah.

PAT: Fair, free elections.

STU: He has a good voter outreach program.

PAT: Yes. Yes, he does. Just like Saddam did.

STU: Yeah, he was a democratically elected.

PAT: Fidel Castro.

GLENN: I'm glad we have the Secret History of America. I'm the one who is tainting American history and distorting American history. But the guy who says Hitler really is misunderstood, he's doing a full documentary, a series, on American history; nobody seems to have a problem with that. In fact, I heard somebody actually defend him on television. Last night Laura Ingraham was sitting in for Bill O'Reilly and I actually hear this woman say, "Well, he's just saying these things because Oliver, you know, Oliver believes in an open dialogue." I'm sorry. What?

STU: They say that about you all the time.

GLENN: Oh, I

STU: Every time there's a statement that's controversial, they say Glenn just believes in an open dialogue. That's all.

GLENN: I do believe in an open dialogue, and I do believe you have the right to say insane ramblings like this, you have a right to say it. But we also should make sure that we understand who this man is and the power and the influence that this man has had in movies and films. How many times did we see and hear the argument, for instance, with JFK? People think this is history. Nixon, same thing. They think this is history. He just makes them.

Now, this is a guy who is the Hollywood left, and you'll notice that the left is not coming out and screaming. This is a firestorm! Can you imagine if I would have said this, if Rush would have said this? It's insane!

PAT: Can you imagine if Mel Gibson had said this?

GLENN: Oh, my gosh.

PAT: The guy who did Passion of the Christ?

GLENN: Oh, my gosh!

PAT: If he said something like this? Oh, boy.

STU: That was terrible.

GLENN: If he said Hitler was misunderstood?

PAT: I mean, look at the way they treated Gibson compared to Oliver Stone? Not a talk about Oliver Stone.

GLENN: Can I tell you something? There are Jewish communities that are trying to pressure me now because I said on the show, that's like Jesus coming back and saying, "The Jews did it, get em." The reason why I said that is because that was the kind of thinking that led to the inquisition! Jesus wasn't a victim; Jesus was a conqueror, and a conqueror of the heart. He volunteered to die. Nobody killed him. He volunteered to die! People killed him!

STU: Yeah, the story is the sacrifice.

GLENN: His sacrifice. The story is not who killed him. The story is the sacrifice, and when you start to focus on "Who killed him," that's when you end up in concentration camps, that's when you end up in the inquisition. That's when you end up in horror shows.

Now, I say this on the air. Excuse me? Oliver Stone says Hitler is misunderstood? Who's hammering for this? Every single Jewish group in America should be raising cane. Every American should be raising cane. This guy is now making a history documentary. I have absolutely no problem with people having their own opinion, but is Showtime really going through with a documentary on American history by Oliver Stone that says this? That's fine. I won't watch it.

PAT: And this is a guy who hates America. He never gives America the benefit of the doubt. He gives Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin the benefit of the doubt. I want to put him in context. He calls us imperialist dictators, you know.

GLENN: Here, here. Hitler was Frankenstein but there was also a Dr. Frankenstein, German industrialist; in other words, capitalist.

PAT: Yep.

GLENN: The American and the British. So in other words, Hitler is the monster that we created, that capitalism and America and British created. Oh.

STU: Yeah, we're not Hitler. We're just worse than Hitler. We just intentionally created him. That's it.

GLENN: We just made him. Release the monster. That's unbelievable. The only one that created Hitler was Hitler. Ah, Satan may have a little bit to do with him, may have been in league with the occult just a tad. But nobody created him. We created the conditions that allowed a monster to come to the forefront, I will agree with that, under Woodrow Wilson.

PAT: I was wondering when that was going to come up.

STU: 16 after?

GLENN: It's 15. It's 15. I'm going for a record tomorrow. We'll see if I can bring it up in seven.

PAT: I think you can.

GLENN: Oh, I know I can.
